Our houses

Our six houses are located near the ULB, the VUB, the Institute of La Cambre and the Vesalius Institute in the university district of Brussels, also called the « Cemetery of Ixelles ». Thanks to the proximity of the station of Etterbeek, in a few minutes you can reach the buildings of the European Community and the European Parliament.

The characteristic of this district is to be between the two campuses of the ULB (Solbosch and the Plain). It offers also a great number of facilities, such as: shop, restaurants, coffees, great surfaces, doctors, video library… what does of this corner of Brxelles one the most appreciated of.

In edge of this animated district is small islands of calms and of greenery with the Abbey of Cambers, the Ponds of Ixelles and the wood of Cambre.

Moreover, many public transport makes it possible to go quickly everywhere in Brussels :

Boulevard Général Jacques, 31

Very beautiful townhouse from 1897, entirely renovated in 2005 and 2007. The House is typical from Brussels and has the characteristical charm of Art Nouveau. It is has 5 floors. The floors are mainly made out of wood and the 3m50 high ceilings are moulded/ profiled.
A garden on the street side is available to the tenants.

The renovations included the settings of acoustic window frames in order to reduce the noise caused by traffic.

There is a washmachine in the basement

The house offers one big apartament, two individual studios and three shared apartments (for three people).

Boulevard Général Jacques, 29

Very beautiful townhouse from 1897, entirely renovated in 2007, made by the same architect E. Delune. It offers similiaires characteristics. The facade is made of ancient porcelain which gives the house an undeniable cachet and causes it to be referred to in numerous books about Brussels. A garden on the street side is available to the tenants. The renovations included the settings of double window frames in order to reduce the noise caused by traffic.

There is a washmachine in the basement

The house offers three apartments for joint tenancy (for three people each) and a magnificent two or three bedroom duplex.

Small charming backhouse situated in the centre of an island site and surrounded by a large courtyard of 100m². Its privileged situation allows good sun light and a relaxed atmosphere. The ground floor has five studios with access to the courtyard. The other floors favour joint tenancy. The courtyard is accessible by all tenants; it is possible to have barbecues.
